Inkster Residents Directory is privately operated. It provides general information and links about public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections associated with Inkster, Michigan. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order

3. FCRA Status
Inkster Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing provided here, including a result from a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
4. External Services
Official portals, libraries, and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, charges, or handling of submitted information.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any type. We do not promise that content is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service or a linked resource, including decisions based on records found through either.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the service operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The service's original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page and quote a brief excerpt with attribution. Republishing complete pages or systematically copying content is prohibited.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

We may limit or block access, without notice and at our discretion, when a user violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Michigan Law
These terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record requests remain subject to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231–15.246, including its provisions on sufficiently described written requests, exemptions, fees, and custodian response procedures.
12. Severability
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
